How Will I Receive My Files?

Our Resume Templates are digital files (Word .doc and the instructions are in PDF format). They will be delivered as a download link.

When Will I Receive a Link to Download my Template?

Immediately after completing the payment, you'll receive an email with the download links for the templates. The download link will also be available on the checkout page.

How Does Purchasing a Resume Template Work?

Here are the instructions for the purchase, download and use:

  1. Add the product to your basket and follow the steps to complete the purchase
  2. You will receive an email with a download link instantly after purchase is confirmed. The download link will also be available on the checkout page.
  3. Download the files and unzip them (You will need a zip program, such as WinZip or 7-Zip to unzip the files. Windows has a built-in program called Windows Compressed Folders which can do this for you as well).
  4. Open the Quick Start Guide and install the provided fonts
  5. You are all set! Have fun editing your new resume!

How Do I Download my Files?

You will receive an email with a download link instantly after purchase is confirmed. The download link will also be available on the checkout page.

Please remember to save the downloaded files on your computer.

Please note there is a limit of 2 downloads per customer due to copyright. But if you have any issues and need to download again at any time, please email us and we’ll be happy to send you a new link.

All templates are for personal use only. Please do not resell, share or use the template(s) commercially under any circumstances.

Are Returns Accepted?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our shop's products, we cannot accept returns. All digital downloads are non-refundable. Please make sure to read the product description, policies and FAQs thoroughly and feel free to contact us with any questions. We will reply within 24 hours (usually within 1 - 3 hours).
